About Elizabeth Murphy
Elizabeth Murphy, Ed.D. is a psychologist, author and trainer who helps teachers, families and teams through awareness of personality type. Her research focuses on the normal development of personality in children, using video evidence of behaviour. She has taught children from preschool to university level and is author of The Developing Child: Using Jungian Type to Understand Children. Elizabeth was central to the creation of the Murphy-Meisgeier Type Indicator for Children and she has won awards for her contributions to type research and type in education.

About Richard Owen
Current BAPT Director of Finance, Richard Owen, M.Sc. (INTJ) is an independent practitioner, delivering workshops and coaching in London, Brighton and online. He uses a depth typology approach to personal development; helping clients address challenges in relationships and life transitions through his Personality PartsTM model. Richard holds an M.Sc in Organisational Psychology, an Accredited Diploma in Transformational Coaching and is certified with MBTI® and a range of other Type and Trait assessments.
